MFTE Program

At Hillstone Apartments, a select number of apartment homes are available as part of the Multifamily Tax Exemption (MFTE) program, providing affordable, high-quality housing opportunities. Eligibility is based on household size, income limits, and apartment type.

Applicants must meet the property’s rental criteria and income requirements to qualify for MFTE housing. After applying, our team will provide the required verification documents needed to complete the income certification process. Prompt submission of documentation will help ensure an efficient approval process.

Qualified applicants may be eligible for reduced rental rates on designated MFTE apartment homes. Households that exceed the program income limits will not qualify for these income-restricted units.
